Question

I haven't filed my ST Ret for 2022 yet. It is showing this amt in the ST & Local refund summary. Since I havent filed yet. Do I need to keep this ref amt here or delete?

I will be filing it but, I'm sure there will be penalties so I think the amount will change.

Please clarify your question.

 

  • I understand you are filing a 2022 tax return.
  • Does ST mean you only have to file the state return?
  • Have you filed the federal return?
  • AMT is required on the federal return.  Is it also showing up on the state?
  • Does the refund summary show a refund, or do you owe taxes?
