Do I have to do 2017 2018/2019 all separately or is the way I can do them all together right now and in which order should I do them first

You have to file each year separately. You can file 2019 with TurboTax Online, but TurboTax Online is only for the current tax year. You cannot use it to file for past years. To file for earlier years you have to use the CD or download TurboTax software for each year that you need. You can purchase downloads at the following link. There is no free filing for past years.

Past Years' Products

You might get a better price from a reputable online seller that still has TurboTax in stock for the years that you need.

Tax returns for past years cannot be e-filed. You will have to print your past-year tax returns, sign them, and file them by mail. Mail each year in a separate envelope. At the present time, because of Covid-19 restrictions, the IRS is not processing tax returns that are filed by mail. When they start processing paper returns again they will have a big backlog, so it will be quite a while before your 2017 and 2018 tax returns are processed.
