Are you trying to find last year's program or last year's data file?   The way that's written it sounds like you can't find the program you installed, so I'll address both below.

If you installed desktop software last year, it should still be there unless you actively uninstalled it.  I have several years of TurboTax installed on my Windows PC.   Maybe you just lost the desktop icon shortcut to the executable to launch it. 

If using the Windows version, click on the Windows Start Menu in the bottom left corner and in the list of programs scroll to the program TurboTax 2023 to launch it.

If that doesn't work, then look in your file directory in Explorer.  The executable to launch TurboTax is usually in this folder:  C:\Program Files\TurboTax\Individual 2023\64bit

Or search your entire computer for TurboTax.exe, which may may find more than 1 year, so choose the appropriate one for 2023.

On the other hand, if you're looking for last year's data file, then search your entire computer for any file ending in *.tax2023 which is commonly in the default Documents\TurboTax folder but could be anywhere you saved it.
