I just bought a car and have a st. 556 form where would I enter that form while filing

Your sales tax may be deductible as an itemized deduction. You can enter that in TurboTax as follows:

1. Go to the "Federal " section of TurboTax and click on "Deductions and Credits"

2. Look for "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid" and look for "Sales Tax" click the "Start" button

3. Work through that section and make sure you click "Yes" to the question "Did you buy any major items?"
