I just did the 2019 tax and it got rejected I downloaded the 2018 tax documents to file and I thought that went through so I started the 2019 taxes but I got rejected

First of all, you could only file a 2018 tax return using the TurboTax software installed on your computer, and then printing and mailing your tax return. A 2018 return cannot be filed online at this time. How did you file your 2018 return?

Secondly, if you did not file a 2018 return during the 2018 season, then your AGI will not be set as a pin number for 2019. Try using zero. If zero doesn’t work to e-file your 2019 return, you will also have to print and mail it.
