I just did turbo tax on the app an its rejected 2 times when all the info is correct. What's going on?

What is the reason given for the rejection? If it is your 2018 AGI that you enter as a PIN, sometimes the IRS database does not have the right AGI especially if you tax return was filed late in 2019. If that is the reason for the rejection, try entering 0 (zero) as the AGI. Sometimes that will work.
