Solved

I just filled out for Married Filing Jointly, but we are likely filing Separately in order to lower my student loan payments. How do I do it w/o losing one spouse's info?

You can't.  You need to start over from scratch.  Each tax return online requires a separate account, and a separate fee unless you qualify for free filing.  Your spouse needs a new account from scratch.  You may be able to use your joint account and make it into a separate return by deleting all your spouse's income and deductions, but if you miss something you could end up getting a letter or audit.  It is recommended to make 2 new accounts.

If you don't qualify to file for free, it will be more cost effective to purchase the desktop program installed on your own computer and file that way.
