As ANYONE can see when accessing this god awful website, there is no email addresses in the "contact us" section, because NO ONE wants to help us.

Email is not one of the ways to contact TurboTax. You can post questions here in the user forum. You can contact customer support. You can use "Live" expert help, or you can use Facebook or Twitter.

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.
