I just need to file for the State Circuit Breaker can i do that here?

Yes -- if you are referring to the Massachusetts Circuit Breaker Credit.  Please follow these steps:

1. Go back into your Massachusetts return,
2. If you have not completed your state return, continue to the screen Senior Circuit Breaker Credit.  Mark the appropriate boxes and click Continue.
3. If you had previously finished going through the interview for the MA return, when you go back into the return you will see a screen, You've Finished Your Massachusetts Return.  Click on the Start/Update box next to Taxes and Credits. 
4. Continue to the screen, Massachusetts Credits.  Click on the Start/Update box next to Senior circuit breaker credit.  
5. Continue through the screens, entering the requested information.
