Not sure what you mean by "paid for my taxes to get done and they were not done"

You are past the deadline to start a new 2019 online return or to e-file a 2019 return.  Online tax preparation and e-filing for 2019 are now closed.  If you started a 2019 return online and did not finish preparing it and file it, then you need to finish it using downloaded desktop software on a full PC or Mac--not a mobile device.  If you paid for the online program you can talk to customer support during business hours to get them to provide the download for you.  If you think you were charged twice you also need to have that discussion with customer support.

Your return will have to be printed, signed and mailed.  It cannot be e-filed.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
