I just printed my tax forms to mail in but I see a few blank question. So do I need to fill in?

Do I need to fill in that this is Amended since it was rejected? Or my age in a blank space?

If your return was rejected, you are only submitting your original tax return by mail because it was never received by the IRS. If you went through the whole interview process for your tax return, then all of the important fields should have been filled in. Your summary page should tell you what and if you need to mail anything with your tax return.
