I just received turbotax premier and in the past I have purchased home & business. Do I have to start over with a new purchase?

Every version of the desktop software (CD/download) has all of the forms and schedules. You just get more help in the upgraded versions. If you find you need to upgrade from Premier to Home and Business look up on top of your screen---there is an upgrade button you can click on yourself to do that--and they will just charge you the difference between the price for Premier and Home and Business.
