You’ll need to navigate to the program area to address the cause of the rejection.The email you received from TurboTax for the state tax return rejection should have a rejection code or also possibly a message for why the state return was rejected.

If you have a rejection code, you can post it here, and we can check what the code is.

If you can't fix your rejected return and e-file, just print and mail it instead.
