I just submitted an efile. Do I need to submit a W2 by mail?

No, if you e-file you don't need to include copies of your W-2 forms.  Just hang onto them in case IRS asks to see them.

The only time you'll need to mail in documents from an e-filed return would be in certain circumstances, in which case TurboTax will give you specific instructions and let you know that's required.

Thanks. QQ: Does TurboTax transmit W2 and 1099-NEC details when you efile? I want IRS to see 1099 mainly because it was not issued, but I calculated the total income and I had their EIN.

@gb1 When you e-file all the information is sent electronically.  You do not mail in any documents.  Save your tax documents and a copy of your return for your own records.   Employers send in W-2's to the IRS; clients who issue 1099NEC's etc to you also sent those to the IRS.  The IRS matches up what you entered on your tax return with the information that was sent to them.
