Trying to e-file now that I got my AGI but I can't get any option but talk to a specialist

It shows that you are using the Turbo Tax Live Full Service product; part of this service includes an initial welcome call with your expert. If you inadvertently selected this version of the Turbo tax program, then below are the steps for cancelling:

 

  • Log on to your account
  • Look in the dark gray Help Panel on the left side of the screen.
  • Click on Leave Full Service and follow the instructions provided.

However, if this option is not available to you, you will need to reach out to your Full Service agent by phone or message and explain why you are no longer interested in the service.
