I keep getting code IND-518-02 - If Form 1040. SpouseClaimAsDependent is not checked, then the spouse SSN must not be the same as a Dependent SSN on another return filed

Do you have your spouse listed as a dependent? Your spouse information should be at the very beginning when you select married filing separate.
