I keep getting prompted to go back to check the Disallowed Wash Sale section on my 1099B due to the losses being less than $1. I have left blank. Still prompted to check

I have done this five times.  Why does it keep prompting me to go back to check in order to e-file.  (It won't let me file otherwise).

You can't correct the problem in Smart Check. You have to go back to where the sale is entered under Investment Income > Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other. Edit the sale and delete the wash sale loss amount. In other words, since the wash sale loss is less than 50 cents, you don't report it as a wash sale.
