Question

I keep getting rejected because i didn't include a 1095-a form. I signed up for insurance but never paid it so I don't think i ever got a form. How do i find out?

I thought it was going to be taken out of my paycheck automatically but it wasn't.

If it was a market place policy then it was in effect whether you paid or not and should have received a 1095-A form. If not then contact the market place that you signed up with since the IRS got a copy of the form.
