Question

I keep getting the message "Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets". How do I resolve this?

That means that one or more of the forms in your return aren't ready to efile. You can either check back later or ask to be notified when the forms are ready.

If you're sure it's an error try deleting your state tax return and then re-adding it and starting it over. Be careful with the questions so that no forms are added to the return that should not be.
