Question

I keep getting the same error message when trying to connect to import a form. It says it can't connect and to try again in a few hours. It has been 2 days. Any help?

I am trying to get it to connect to import a 1099B form.  It worked for the other companies, but not this one.  It gives error code 590.  I can't get it to upload a csv version either, that doesn't work.  I can't get past this step.

Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.
