Question

I keep trying to find information about my refunds but it keeps saying I'm putting the wrong information and I would like to know what's the problem?

In order to check your status on the Where's My Refund IRS tool, you have to make sure you are entering the correct SSN, your filing status, and your original refund amount which is your refund amount before we deduct TurboTax fees.  Also, you won't be able to use the WMR tool until after your tax return is accepted by the IRS.
