Question

I kept getting an error message when I tried to pay with credit card - "Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again" Has anyone experienced it before?

Please log completely out of TurboTax and try clearing your browser's cache.  A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for instructions:

I have tried log out of TurboTax completely and clearing the cache and histories. I even tried using a different browser. But nothing had worked.

Later I found out the problem seems to be linked to my non-US filing address. The error message went away after I changed my address to an US address.

I'm having this same issue as I also live overseas. So changing your filing address to a US address makes the error go away... but I don't live in the US. Should I like... put my parents' address in? This is such a pain. I'm just trying to give TurboTax my money so I can file my taxes. My billing address on my US bank account/credit card is my parents' address, but I don't live there.  Why would I make that my filing address just so TurboTax can process my payment?
