Since you live in Arkansas, you will file a Resident return for that state.  Texas doesn't have income tax so you will be taxed on the income in the state in which you reside.

I have this same situation - my job is remote, work from home, but I'll be living in Arkansas. Do I have to file federal returns in both states? Texas doesn't have state income tax, but Arkansas does.

If you live in Arkansas the whole year, you have to file Arkansas Resident return and you will be taxed on all your income in Arkansas.

If you live in Arkansas and Texas, you have to file a Part-year resident return for Arkansas and pay taxes only on the income earned while living in Arkansas. Income earned while living in TX is not taxable.
