If your E-Z Pass expenses were not reimbursed, you may qualify for a tax deduction. During the Massachusetts state tax interview, you'll reach a screen that lists Additional Massachusetts Deductions. (Click the first attachment below to enlarge it for reference.) Select Paid commuter expenses that were not reimbursed, then click Continue. You'll be able to enter Tolls paid with E-Z Pass account. (Click the second attachment below for reference.)

I don’t see additional tab in my Mass tax

It is not a tab, instead it is in the interview questions. Look for the page titled, Additional Massachusetts Deductions. You have to select the box for "paid commuter expense that were not reimbursed" then continue to enter your EZ Pass expense.
