On the black panel on the left, select My Info Select Edit to the right of your name. Scroll down the page and review the answers to your questions. Ensure you have entered your state residency information in this section. If you did not reside in another state, be sure you select No when it asks if you lived in another state.

I live in Nevada and it keeps asking me to enter State and number. Keeps saying needs review and won't let me move forward
