I lived separately from my wife the entire year in 2019, In 2020 we filed for Divorce and are currently still married...can we file a joint return?

If you were still legally married on Dec. 31, 2019, you can file a Married Filing Jointly tax return for 2019 if you both agree to it. Your only other choice would be for each of you to file Married Filing Separately unless one of you had a dependent that lived with you that you claim that qualifies you to file as Head of Household.
