I login, try to continue but it says it wont connect even after i am logged in. did the same last week..

Try logging out of TurboTax, clearing the cache and cookies of your browser and then logging back in to TurboTax to see if you are able to continue. If this does not work, please reach out to our live representatives for further assistance: Contact TurboTax
