I'm 100% disabled. I receive SSDI. I do NOT work. I received a W2 from Hartford Ins. for LTD, they took out taxes, but not SSI. They left box 3
Hartford took out FICA and state but left SS income box 3 empty as well as SS paid, box 4 empty.
