I'm a brazilian citizen who owns a dropshipping store in the U.K. My products come from China. Can I register a company and a bank account in Delaware to pay less taxes?

1 - I don't have to pay taxes in the U.K. because I don't keep stock there. I'm also exempt from custom duty, since the products are valued below £15.

2 - I'm paying income tax in Brazil right now and it is really complicated to declare my expenses.

3 - If I get a US bank account and a registered company, it woud have access to better payment gateways and it would make me look more professional.
