I’m a single mom an don’t work but I have guardianship of my niece an nephew
I am the guardian of my niece and nephew that I got back in 2022 I have not worked how and what do I need to file my taxes for 2024
If you have no earned income from work or any other type of taxable income in 2024 then there is no need to file a tax return, with or without dependents. You would not be eligible for any kind of tax credit that is based on earned income, such as the Child Tax Credit or the Earned Income Tax Credit.
