I'm a Texas Music solo artist I played 15 benefits that year they were for cancer house fires medical bills for different individuals okay I get $300 to 500 the show I did all them for free plus they

It is awesome that you did performances to help others.  However, when you do something for a charitable organization, you cannot deduct anything for your time, skill, talent or expertise.   You can only deduct anything you spent for supplies or transportation----you cannot deduct anything for the "usual" amount you would have been paid.   And only donations to recognized organized charities can be deducted.
