I'm an international student. Unluckily, yesterday I used TurboTax to file my tax return. What can I do additionally to file my tax return like using SprinTax?

Can I cancel the tax return and get a full refund back if the process is too long and stressful?

No, you cannot cancel a return once it is filed. Once you submit, it is too late. You will need to use Sprintax.com to help you correct your filings.
