I'm attempting to add a second 1099 for a second account at a financial institution and the program isn't finding it. I'd like to enter the account number and doc ID

Trying to add 2 1099s from Raymond James but TT only lets me add 1 and doesn't see the second. How can I go back add enter this 2nd acct
