TurboTax online Deluxe federal is $40. If you added a state that is an additional $40. You may have chosen the optional refund processing service to pay your fees from your federal refund and that is $40. You can see your fees here: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2565973-how-do-i-review-my-fees-in-turbotax-online

You can avoid the optional refund processing fee by paying with a credit or debit card. If you don't need state, you may be able to delete it.
