I'm currently using Turbotax Deluxe US to complete my 2019 tax return. Filing status is Married Filinng Joint Return. I & my wife both received Form 1099-R. I have questions and need to live chat with TurboTax agent

There is no live chat.

We cannot tell if you are using online or desktop software.  If you are using desktop, then TurboTax Live help from a CPA is not available.  That is an upgrade from "normal" online Deluxe.  If you just mean you want customer support:

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.
