Question

I'm doing Stimulus Registration since I won't be filing a tax return. It says my transmission won't go thru due to personal info being missing or invalid. What's the fix?

I've double checked my personal info and it's all correct. I'm not sure what is preventing the submission. Does everything (names, address, phone, email) need to match old IRS tax return submissions we've done? We haven't filed since 2017.

Did you try the non-filer website -  https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/non-filers-enter-payment-info-here

Yes and it directs me to manually fill out a 1040 form!  😞

Do you have income that you are required to report?  Sounds like the IRS thinks you do and should be filing a tax return.
