Question

I’m entering a 1099-r and it keeps asking me for a box 15b entry and there isn’t one what do I do

Put the payer's TIN in the box and that should alleviate the problem.  The Payer's TIN is located normally to the left of your social security number and/or under the Payer's Name and address.
