Question

I'm filing for the 2020 tax refund, why are they asking me for the 2019 AGI if I already filed 2019 taxes? My taxes got rejected twice

Turbotax is asking for 2019 AGI, but I already did 2019 taxes. I'm trying to do 2020 taxes. Can someone help? thanks in advance

The IRS uses your 2019 AGI to verify that the same person who used the Social Security number you are using filed a tax return that matches the SSN on your 2020 return.   It is your "electronic signature".
