Question

I'm filling in my Affordable Care Act 1095-A form. All information is correct and has been double-checked. Why won't TurboTax accept the information and proceed?

I did find 2 errors that I corrected, however, I'm stuck in the form until I "correct the errors." I was unable to back out of the form and start over.

We cannot see your screen.....one idea....the software does not like zeros so if you put in a zero anywhere for a month that you did not have an amount...leave it blank instead.

Thanks. I don't have any zeros. I started my return over, and have hung up on the ACA page once again. Triple checked everything. I copied everything directly from my 10-95-A, and made sure I only used the last 15 characters of my Policy Number. Everything is correct, but I am stuck.

If you have error messages to fix entries on your Form 1095-A and you have "copied and pasted" to enter some of the information, it might have spaces or other invisible formatting characters that are causing the errors.  Please be sure there are no extra spaces before the entries or after the entries. Try backspacing over the entire field and reenter manually. If you imported the document, please delete and try reentering manually.  Also, be sure there are no zeros listed. If the box is blank, please leave it blank.
