Question

I'm filling out the form for my child care expenses. It is correct, but when I hit "continue" is says "You must fix errors on this page before continuing."

I think the form is broken. I've corrected every box a few times, there are no blank boxes.

If you have "copied and pasted" into a field to enter some of the information, it might have spaces or other invisible formatting characters that are causing errors.  Please enter that field manually and be sure there are no extra spaces before the entries or after the entries. 

If you are using TurboTax Online, the most likely reason for fix error messages,  buttons that don't work or not being able to enter information is that something in the web browser is not displaying the page properly.  The easiest way around this is to simply use a different web browser.  You can select from Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, and more. If you need to install another browser, be sure to go to the trusted home site for the software, for security reasons. If there is a 0 on your form and it does not specifically say in TurboTax to enter if a 0, please leave that field blank.

 

If you are using the Turbo Mobile App, then try opening Turbo Tax in the browser window on your phone.  It will use the same login information but may display the page better.

 

If these suggestions do not help, please let us know where in the Dependent Care section it will not let you proceed. This will help us identify the cause.
