I'm getting a message that my taxes aren't ready to file bc I'm waiting on a federal form. Can I submit state returns prior to federal? Oregon has $7000 I would like back

If the federal tax return has not been e-filed then the state tax return cannot be e-filed, it can only be printed and mailed to the state.

Thanks for the quick response. How could I print it? It's not letting me pay for the Turbotax service yet, bc my federal return isn't ready to file.

I would still wait to efile it. It will take longer for them to process a mailed return and send you the refund than if you efile.
