You also appear to be paying extra for "Live Basic", which is an upgrade from Free Edition (at least that's what is shown underneath your question.) That extra payment is for the availability of a tax expert to help you during preparation of your return and to provide a final review of your return prior to filing. Is that the product you wanted? Did you use those tax expert services you are paying for?
