I finished completing my Federal and State tax returns. I went through the steps of entering the checking account to pay for the Federal taxes due and also the other information required. When completing the State efile, i entered my credit card to pay the $24.99 to electronically file. That process was completed as I see the charge on my account. From there I tried to submit and it kept looping me back to the previous processes. How can I complete the efiling of both returns. My email is [email address removed].
