Solved

I'm having an issue with my 1099-NEC. It keeps telling me that I'm missing info when I get to the federal review, but I've answered all of the questions. What do I do?

It won't link to the schedule C

Actually you can just enter it as Other self employment income or as Cash or General income. You don't need to get a 1099MISC, 1099NEC or 1099K. Even if you did you can enter all your income as Cash. Only the total goes to schedule C. You should be entering the income from your own records.  So you can try deleting the 1099NEC.   Then enter your income on schedule C.

Ignore the Needs Review message for now.   Go ahead and continue preparing your return.   If it is a real error, the Complete Check you go through before transmitting the return will catch it.
