Question

I'm in Mexico and trying to file my taxes and this site isn't letting me enter any amounts. Should I be able to?

Yes, you can file your taxes from anywhere if you are using TurboTax Online.  Residents of the US can file using this link.

 

Non-residents can use Sprintax.
