I'm not able to Delete form 8582 form Online Tools->Delete form

Turbotax keep on adding Carryover rental loss from last year 2023. I don't have carryover and want to delete 8582 form. System is not allowing to delete. Also, I attempted to "Make Changes' from carryover ->Yes to No and continue next page...but system does not SAVE my changes. How can I erase this info.

Return to the property where the carryover loss is being reported.

Edit the Less Common Business Situations >> Carryovers, etc.
Check the box for carryover entries or click on "Make Changes."
Delete any numbers in the carryover boxes.
Continue back to the Rental Summary page.
Log out and clear your cache & cookies (see below).
Log back in and open your return.
Return to the Carryover section and confirm there are no carryover amounts.
Continue to back to the income summary page.
Run SmartCheck to confirm the errors are gone.
