There is a form 104AD in Colorado. The purpose of the form is to allow you to make a subtraction from your federal income for things such as pension income, US government interest, capital gains and several other things.

It may be beneficial to you on your Colorado income tax, so you may not want to remove it. However, you may be able to delete it if you want by following these instructions:

1. Find the Tax Tools option on your left menu bar and click on it

2. Click on Tools

3. Find Delete a Form and click on it

4. Look for the form you want in the list of forms and click on the option to delete it
