Question

I’m not sure if my taxes were filed or not, at the top of the page it says I filed them but below it says my state and federal are ready to mail still, can I check this?

Sounds like you filed, but selected to File by Mail instead of E-file. If you selected to file by mail, you have to print, sign and mail the returns. You can still switch to e-file, but only if you have not mailed your returns. Use this link if you want to change your filing option. Do not change your filing method if you already mailed your returns - it will create added delays to your tax return processing time.
