Question

I'm ready to file, but turbotax keeps asking me to check the box on form 2210 "Check to have the IRS figure the penalty and send a bill if penalty due".

Turbotax already figured my penalty. I don't want to wait for a bill from the IRS

Form 2210 is not available yet, so you can either check the box to submit your return now or wait for the form to become available.
