I'm trying to checkout but on the "Select your payment method" screen, clicking the "continue" button does nothing. Using the web version, and have tried multiple browser

Use the Chrome browser and clear cache and cookies before signing in.

Same here, unfortunately none of the tips helped. Tried with various browsers on Windows, Linux and iOS. Terms and Conditions box is grayed out.
